Rivertown Welcome Center

This master planned community is located along the pristine shore of the St. Johns River in Florida. The residents of all ages enjoy all the nature and sporting activities that come with living along a river as well as an impressive array of resort style amenities. The update and redesign of this Welcome Center completed at the end of 2019 was intended to capture just that, an immersive experience of what it would be like to be a resident in this unique community.

Interior design that truly brings the outdoors in with a custom indoor pier that matches the piers on the river, a life size hand sculpted realistic tree sprouts from the middle of the floor and 30 foot green wall with an LED lit river running through it. Creative vignettes are placed through out to continue to tell the story outdoor lifestyle. All beautifully layered over a calm neutral pallet of wood grains and soft blues. Careful attention was paid to the overall space plan to ensure the visitor travels through the space to truly experience the story of the community and the lifestyle.
