Suncadia

The existing Suncadia Welcome Center was renovated to bring guests into an immersive experience and increase the current sales volume. The soaring glass walls in the main entry blur the lines between the lush mountain setting and the natural materials surrounded by forest-printed wallcovering inside. 12’ natural walnut slabs were etched with a map highlighting the location and area amenities. Forest green walls with acoustic felt mountains became a dramatic backdrop for displays depicting the golf, recreation, residential offerings and the lifestyle of this resort community.
